Thank you so much for trusting Dr. Karr with your facet syndrome, and for such a strong recommendation! We’re glad the treatment made a real difference for your back pain. We also want to highlight something important in what you shared: when you asked about decompression, Dr. O took the time to explain that your condition didn’t warrant that level of treatment rather than simply recommending it anyway. That honesty is something we take seriously — we’d rather save a patient time and money with the right treatment for their actual condition than push a more aggressive option that isn’t needed.
Thank you for trusting our office so much — we’re proud to serve patients throughout West LA, Beverly Hills, Culver City, and Westwood, and we’re glad you found the right care here.

“Dr. O” flag — now stronger, not a one-off: This is the second testimonial on this same page naming a “Dr. O” as a treating provider (the earlier one had “Dr’s. K and O were thorough…”). Two independent patients naming the same initial is a real pattern, not a typo. I wrote around it again here (“Dr. O” used generically, no credentials claimed), but I’d rather not keep doing that indefinitely — if there’s a genuine associate doctor at the practice, it affects:
- Physician schema (currently only Dr. Karr is likely listed)
- E-E-A-T content generally (a second named, credentialed provider is a real authority asset, not just a testimonial detail)
- Every future testimonial reply, since this will probably keep coming up
Worth getting the name/credentials confirmed once rather than case-by-case.
